You can choose either:
- to design syllabus using an ESP approach
OR
- to write critical review on ESP theories or its application
A. SYLLABUS DESIGN
You have to do need analysis before designing syllabus by using competency/skill-based syllabus design on particular workplace (e.g. English for Secretary, English for Banking, etc.). The kind of English you choose at the same time becomes the title of your syllabus. The length of the paper is 10-15 pages (not including appendix)

B. CRITICAL REVIEW
You have to review critically theories of ESP or their application. Your argument must be supported by at least 5 references (books or journal articles of ESP). The length of the paper is 8 pages (2000 words). It consists of:
- INTRODUCTION
- DISCUSSION
- CONCLUDING REMARKS
Due date:on the day of ESP final exam (depend on schedule)
